I had some sort of technical problems to my computer and have not been able to use it. After about two weeks or so I was able to get it fixed with everything still on it.
WHAT HAPPENED.
The problem was that we couldn't get it charged. When it died, it died.
There seemed to be a problem with the charger outlet in the labtop, so I had to check if I had warranty.
Called HP.
Listened to elevator music.
They sent us a box to send it back in so they can fix my labtop.
Before we sent in the labtop we tried to use the actual charger on another computer that's compatible with it, and it didn't work.
So the problem was to get another charger.
